Hi I’m Agnes, Body-Mind and Wellness Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner and former Psychologist. I am a strong advocate of self-care and holistic wellness, and believe self-care is a necessity not a luxury.
My purpose is to help my clients to relax and restore balance of their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing to create harmony and peace in their lives.
As a mature person I have experienced many of life’s crises, hardships and tragedies that typically lead people to seek help. I have worked in the field of energetic health since the 1990s and was raised with the principles of eastern philosophy in energy medicine and mindfulness.
Helping others has always been a part of my life both professionally and personally. I combine a lifetime of experience as a psychologist and wellbeing coach to provide a more holistic integrated experience to wellness.
Although I have a homebased practice situated along Perth's coast, I also work remotely with my clients. The majority of my clients are through word of mouth referrals but sometimes serendipity connects us.
My goal to make a difference to the lives of people I meet and connect with. The smallest gesture can make all the difference and the biggest impact.

This has been my mantra for several years now. I’ve slowed down, taken a stock of my life and now I do what I love and love what I do in all aspects of my life. And I’ve been fortunate to help others do the same.
