As a Wellness Psychotherapist I specialise in helping individuals and couples achieve overall wellness and balance in their lives. Rather than focusing on treating specific mental health conditions or disorders, I work with clients to identify and address various factors that may be impacting their overall well-being, such as stress, anxiety, relationship issues, lifestyle habits, and emotional issues.
My goal is to assist my clients improve their mental, emotional and physical health by empowering them to make positive changes in their lives by enhancing psychological health and resilience. My approach helps my clients cultivate a more positive outlook, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and achieve greater awareness and life satisfaction.

Research shows that talk therapy alone isn’t enough. We need to have a more holistic and integrated approach of understanding how and who we are.
Our thoughts, emotions, attitudes, beliefs and behaviours are linked to our physical health and body. Our body has many untold stories. I believe that talk therapy combined with positive psychology, and somatic and sensory processes such as :
can help individuals develop a greater sense of awareness and acceptance of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, as well as a deeper mind-body connection awareness. By developing greater self-awareness the client learns how to manage difficult emotions and thoughts, and improve their overall well-being.
This viewpoint originates from the eastern philosophies of wellbeing and way of life (the principles and values I was raised with in my Chinese family).
I collaborate with my clients using a more whole person integrated awareness approach in improving, enhancing and facilitating wellness. And essentially, restoring balance to their overall wellbeing.
